• Trash and Laundry Chute

  At ECS we use a unique pressure sanitizer to internally clean and deodorize trash and laundry chutes. We use our own degreasers, deodorizers and enzymes specifically formulated for chute cleaning applications to get optimum results. Most properties have their chutes done on a regular basis.
  Therefore we offer long term contracts that provide for a fixed price over the length of the contract. This is an effective way to lock in your price for a valuable service. Contract terms are available from two to five years.

• Air Duct & Air Vent

  Over the last two decades there has been a big push to make buildings more airtight to save on heating and air-conditioning costs. Making a building more air tight places more emphasis on keeping this trapped indoor.

• Dryer Vent Compactor

  What is more important then operating a safe building? Would anyone with a washer/dryer in their residence not clean the dryer vent? We think not. Therefore it is hard to believe that some buildings do not regularly clean the exhaust ducts from the dryers in their laundry rooms.
  
  Lint buildup comes from clothes drying and it is a serious fire hazard. The dryer vents in laundry rooms and residential structures should be thoroughly cleaned at least once a year! In cases where your laundry equipment is provided by an outside vendor you should discuss your dryer vent cleaning with them first.
